Dr. T. Harigopalan, M.A., LL.B., Ph.D., was born on April 24, 1957, in Kanyakumari District. He completed his schooling in Pazhavilai and Nagercoil, and pursued higher education at S.T. Hindu College, Nagercoil, and The American College, Madurai, building a strong academic foundation.
